Beth DaSilva is president and founder of Fleetridge Pacific, a Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions advisory firm based in San Diego, California. She has over 20 years experience both managing and advising Healthcare companies.
She has undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Accounting and specialized education related to Risk Management, Insurance, Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Planning. Her experience has centered on corporate growth and development, business analysis and valuation, and structuring of company acquisitions and divestitures.

Beth is currently a member of the California Association of Business Brokers, California Association of Health Services at Home, the National Association of Home Care & Hospice, Health Financial Managers, Association and the San Diego Chamber of Commerce.
Darren De Vries joined Fleetridge Pacific as an Associate with responsibilities including tax practice management, pipeline development, contract negotiations, financial analysis, financial consulting and transaction due diligence.
Prior to joining Fleetridge Pacific, Darren was a Tax Analyst at ValueClick, Inc. (NASDAQ:VCLK) one of the world's largest integrated online marketing companies. Prior to his tenure with ValueClick, Darren was an Associate at Cooper & Associates, a San Diego based CPA firm specializing in tax planning, compliance, business valuation and litigation support. Darren is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of California, he also holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of South Florida.
Gary Planthaber is a board member and technical advisor for Fleetridge Pacific. Gary has over 15 years experience with in the analysis, scoping, estimation, design, management and implementation of high-availability, enterprise-class business technology solutions. Furthermore, Gary has experience in enterprise software sales and intellectual property law.
Prior to joining Fleetridge Pacific, Gary lent his expertise to Accenture and Pfizer, architecting and implementing various technical aspects of the Pfizer/Wyeth merger, an acquisition which led Pfizer to become the largest pharmaceutical company in the world. Gary was also the CTO of Arigo, an industry-leading provider of enterprise software solutions to major multi-national retailers and a researcher at Tufts New England Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital helping to advance the state of the art in new MRI imaging techniques such as diffusion tensor imaging.
Gary Planthaber holds degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Computer Science and Engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
George DaSilva Director of Marketing & Business Development
George DaSilva is the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Fleetridge Pacific. His responsibilities include overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns, information management and strategic planning.
George started his career as a health insurance specialist at Germany's largest health insurance provider AOK in Stuttgart, Germany. He later became Marketing Manager at Volksbank Group, one of Europe's largest banking institutions. Before joining Fleetridge Pacific, George was an entrepreneur who owned and managed multiple businesses.
George holds a degree in Healthcare Administration.
